"Lee's Cleveland Pub and Grill"
An existing retail building remodel.  Patera designed a facade  facelift, creating an area for covered outdoor seating along with updating the existing building to current energy code standards. 
The interior was completely remodeled to include a large bar, new kitchen, party room, game area and new bathrooms.
